The wait is finally over as Bigg Boss 20 has officially premiered on JioHotstar and Colors. Marking two decades of one of India's most popular reality shows, the new season opened with a grand celebration led by host Salman Khan.

Salman Khan returned to the Bigg Boss stage and kicked off the milestone season with energetic performances on 20 popular songs. The premiere was packed with music, entertainment, celebrity appearances and plenty of surprises for viewers.

What Is the Theme of Bigg Boss 20?

This season comes with a unique concept built around 'Extra Zindagi Daan' and the show's new 'Tathas-Two' theme. The idea adds a fresh twist to the familiar Bigg Boss format and promises plenty of unexpected moments inside the house.

The premiere also featured special performances by Kanika Mann, Amrapali Dubey, Yung DSA, Uditi Singh and Mahi Vij. Manoj Tiwari appeared on the stage to show his support for his daughter and fellow contestant, Riti Tiwari.

Meet the Contestants Bringing the Drama

The grand premiere introduced a diverse group of personalities from entertainment, sports, social media and the digital space. Bhojpuri star Dinesh Lal Yadav, popularly known as Nirahua, also joined the celebrations to support Amrapali Dubey.

Another interesting addition to the lineup was Love Gill, who secured his entry into the Bigg Boss house through 'Fans Ka Faisla', after receiving the highest number of votes from viewers.

With personalities from different backgrounds sharing the same house, the season is expected to bring a mix of friendships, rivalries, emotional moments and unexpected twists.

One of the special moments of the premiere involved legendary boxer MC Mary Kom. Global star Priyanka Chopra sent her best wishes and good luck to Mary Kom as she began her Bigg Boss journey.

The appearance added an emotional and memorable touch to the opening episode and highlighted the diverse personalities participating in this season.
