After speculations about him returning to acting, Imran Khan has now announced that he has finally returned to films after several years. Following the release of his last film 'Katti Batti' in 2015, the actor has shot an original romantic comedy 'Adhure Hum Adhure Tum', which is a production of Netflix and his first movie in over ten years. The film is currently in the post-production stage, and it will be released by the end of the year.
As per the reports, Imran Khan described his movie as "grown-up romantic comedy" that is appropriate to where he stands in his life right now.
Imran Khan Announces His Long-Awaited Return
Imran Khan disclosed that he has completed shooting for the movie titled “Adhure Hum Adhure Tum,” adding that the film would be launched via Netflix. Referring to the film as his first movie after ten years, the actor stated that it is presently undergoing post-production process.
The actor further disclosed that the plot of the movie was a romantic comedy appropriate for his age group, which implies that the role is not for young kids anymore.
