In wake of rumors in media about the possibility of Tzuyu leaving the label JYP Entertainment, JYP officially issued a statement to address the rumors. JYP revealed that TWICE was in the process of signing their renewal contract and all information regarding this will be announced later on when talks are finalized.

This statement has put to rest many fears among fans since it was explicitly stated that nothing has been finalized.

Reports Claim Tzuyu Won't Renew Her Contract

Earlier news indicated that Tzuyu had decided against renewing her contract with JYP Entertainment due to having been with the company for 11 years already. Nonetheless, according to the news, although she made such a decision, TWICE still plans on staying intact as a full unit.
