Shah Rukh Khan turned his Ganeshotsav celebrations into a special family moment as he visited Mumbai's iconic Lalbaugcha Raja on September 21. The superstar was accompanied by wife Gauri Khan and daughter Suhana Khan, with the family attending the evening aarti and offering prayers to seek Bappa's blessings. Their appearance quickly attracted attention as a large crowd gathered outside the pandal amid tight security.
SRK's visit came during the ongoing Ganeshotsav celebrations in Mumbai, where Lalbaugcha Raja remains one of the city's most prominent Ganpati pandals. The actor's family outing also gave fans a glimpse of the superstar away from his usual film commitments.
Shah Rukh Khan Offers Prayers At Lalbaugcha Raja
Shah Rukh Khan arrived at the famous pandal with Gauri and Suhana and joined the evening aarti. The actor was dressed in a navy blue kurta-pyjama and was seen sporting a tilak on his forehead during the visit.
Gauri Khan opted for a bright yellow traditional outfit, while Suhana Khan wore a dark green ethnic ensemble. The family's coordinated traditional looks added to the festive atmosphere as they participated in the Ganpati celebrations.
Gauri And Suhana Accompany SRK For Ganpati Darshan
The visit took on a greater significance when Shah Rukh Khan came along with two members of his own family. Gauri and Suhana accompanied the star when they came to pray and perform the aarti. Pooja Dadlani, the manager of Shah Rukh, was also seen to accompany the family during the visit.
But it seems that Aryan and AbRam Khan did not come to the pandal for the event. The visit soon became a topic of conversation among fans with pictures and videos of the visit doing rounds on social media platforms.

After completing the prayers, Shah Rukh Khan acknowledged the crowd gathered outside Lalbaugcha Raja. The actor waved towards fans as security personnel worked to manage the large gathering around the pandal.
The heavy security arrangements reflected the enormous public interest surrounding the superstar's appearance. Videos showing SRK greeting fans from inside the secured area soon began circulating online, giving his supporters another memorable moment from the visit.
SRK Has Visited Lalbaugcha Raja Before
This is not the first time that Shah Rukh Khan visited Lalbaugcha Raja mandir. The actor had earlier visited the iconic Mumbai pandal to take blessings, including one in 2023 where he was accompanied by his youngest son AbRam.
The latest Ganpati visit comes on the heels of Shah Rukh visiting the Ambanis’ Ganesh festival. As the superstar continues to be part of festive events, his presence at the Lalbaugcha Raja pandal once again marked the confluence of his family, faith, and fans in Mumbai.
