It is believed that the accident happened when the actors were heading to Ramoji Film City for an assignment. The car transporting the cast members was said to have lost control of its movement and hit the divider, which resulted in a very tragic end.
In the tragic accident, one person from the crew died, while at least five other persons suffered injury. This sad event took place near Hyderabad.

However, the effect was devastating, as the emergency services had to rush the injured to the nearest hospital. According to reports, those who have been injured have already received medical attention; however, there is no information regarding their current status.

Following the unfortunate event, the producers of Fauzi have decided to halt production temporarily. This has been done as a tribute to the crew member who passed away due to the mishap as well as allowing the crew time to come to terms with the loss.
