The continuing row related to the marriage of Gaurav Khanna and Akanksha Chamola has caught everyone’s attention once again as social media star Orry talked about the troubled relationship. According to an interview Orry gave to India Forums, he criticized Akanksha for making statements regarding her ex-husband and suggested that she can take monetary compensation through the divorce process.
Orry’s comments have raised another aspect to talk about among the ex-couple whose troubled relationship has already been discussed since the appearance of Akanksha in Lock Upp 2.
Orry Says Akanksha Could Seek A Divorce Settlement
In their conversation about Gaurav and Akanksha's divorce, Orry advised that Akanksha should seek money during her divorce process from Gaurav. This is because he was sure that she would get something from Gaurav and further elaborated it as "squeezing" him for something.
But what Orry has said above is just his personal point of view and does not prove if Akanksha has already sought alimony or what their ultimate divorce settlement, if there is any, would be. There is no proven financial agreement between the two of them.
Orry Criticises Akanksha's Remarks About Gaurav
However, Orry was also not pleased with what Akanksha had said regarding her preference to be visited by her dog rather than Gaurav on the sets of Lock Upp. He found the statement quite disrespectful given that they had been married for ten years.
In fact, he wondered how a person could talk about an ex-partner in such a way after being with him/her for many years. The remarks made by Orry are indicative of his support for Gaurav amidst the ongoing controversy of their divorce.

Gaurav Has Stayed Relatively Quiet Amid The Controversy
Orry revealed that Gaurav never made any derogatory remarks against Akanksha in his presence. According to him, the actor was "too gentlemanly" to discuss the issue in public and kept it away from making too much of a fuss in the media.
He further added that he had shared a vanity room with Gaurav during the shooting of Khatron Ke Khiladi 15 and somehow he felt that there was something wrong with him, but he did not know why.
Orry's Comments Add Fresh Drama To The Divorce Story
This matter of Gaurav and Akanksha still manages to receive a lot of focus due to the fact that Akanksha declared the split between them after appearing on the television reality show. Akanksha has already made statements on both her personal matters and some statements which were made after appearing on the show.
Currently, there are no confirmed facts regarding whether Akanksha made any claims for alimony to Gaurav or received it. It’s still a mere hypothesis by Orry.
