The series follows an elite college ice hockey team and the women in their lives as they navigate relationships, heartbreak, friendship and the challenges of adulthood. The upcoming season will be available to stream worldwide on Prime Video. An exact episode-release schedule has not yet been announced.
Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn Return as Allie and Dean
Mika Abdalla will reprise her role as Allie Hayes, while Stephen Kalyn returns as Dean Di Laurentis. Their characters' relationship was introduced during the first season, where their attraction gradually became an important part of the larger romantic storyline. Allie is Hannah's best friend and roommate, while Dean is one of Briar University's popular hockey players. Their connection is complicated by personal feelings, romantic expectations and the involvement of another character, Hunter Davenport.
The first season ended with tensions surrounding the trio, leaving viewers curious about how Allie and Dean's relationship will develop. Season 2 will give their story greater attention, exploring the challenges that come with turning an attraction into a meaningful relationship. The returning ensemble also includes Ella Bright as Hannah and Belmont Cameli as Garrett, alongside Antonio Cipriano, Jalen Thomas Brooks and India Fowler.

Off Campus Season 2 Cast Adds New and Returning Faces
Along with its principal cast, the second season features several recurring and guest performers. Julia Sarah-Stone, Khobe Clarke, Miles Gutierrez-Riley and Phillipa Soo are set to appear in recurring roles. Charlie Evans and Shay Rudolph will join the season as guest stars. Their appearances will add more characters to the expanding world of Briar University, although detailed information about their storylines has not been revealed.
Louisa Levy continues as creator, co-showrunner and executive producer, working alongside co-showrunner Gina Fattore. Wyck Godfrey, Marty Bowen and James Seidman also serve as executive producers, with Temple Hill involved in the production. The returning cast and additional performers will help maintain the ensemble format while allowing Allie and Dean's romance to take centre stage.
The Score Provides The Story Behind Allie and Dean’s Romance
The second season draws inspiration from The Score, the third novel in Elle Kennedy's bestselling Off-Campus book series. The book follows Dean and Allie's relationship, making their story a natural choice for the show's next instalment. The adaptation continues the series' approach of exploring a different central couple while retaining the wider group of friends, teammates and romantic partners.
This format allows each season to introduce a fresh relationship without leaving Briar University's interconnected world behind. Season 1 became a major success for Prime Video, reaching 36 million viewers worldwide during its first 12 days of streaming. Its popularity helped establish the series as a prominent college-romance title, raising expectations for the upcoming season.
Final Take
With its April 28, 2027 premiere date confirmed, Off Campus Season 2 is preparing to bring Allie and Dean's romance into focus. Mika Abdalla and Stephen Kalyn's return, familiar faces from the first season and the adaptation of The Score make the new instalment an important chapter in the Briar University story. Fans can now look forward to seeing how the couple's complicated connection develops.
