Wait no more because the trailer of the much-anticipated thriller movie Haiwaan starring Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan is about to be out soon. As per the report published exclusively, the trailer of the movie will be released online on August 25, after huge public demand following the release of its teaser just a few weeks ago.
Priyadarshan's Haiwaan is going to star Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan after a long gap and hence their reunion becomes one of the biggest draws of the upcoming movie.
Haiwaan Trailer To Release Digitally On August 25
As per the news report, the Haiwaan trailer would be released digitally on 25th August. The news report came after the teaser release date of 12th August, and also after the release of the track “Mere Hero Hai Woh” from the movie.
The teaser gave an insight into the world of the film in bits and pieces without spilling out the plot. Now the trailer will throw light upon the plot and its characters.
Akshay Kumar And Saif Ali Khan Reunite For A Thriller
One of the largest factors that have made people extremely excited about this film is the pairing of Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan again in one film after long years since they worked together in Yeh Dillagi, Main Khiladi Tu Anari and Tashan films before.
This time, however, the two are playing rather different roles in terms of what we have seen in their previous films. In fact, it was claimed that Saif would play a blind musician and a martial arts teacher, while Akshay will be playing an antagonist. According to the director Priyadarshan, he will play a “psycho” villain character.

Priyadarshan Returns With Another Akshay Kumar Collaboration
Haiwaan is yet another film featuring Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan in their latest venture after the success of other films like Hera Pheri, Garam Masala and Bhool Bhulaiyaa.
Other actors joining the cast include Shriya Pilgaonkar and Saiyami Kher along with the leading actors. It has been said that Haiwaan is a Hindi version of the Malayalam thriller, Oppam.
Haiwaan Set For September 11 Theatrical Release
Haiwaan is scheduled to hit the theatres on September 11, 2026, and now that the trailer is set to be released on August 25, the promotion for the movie is set to start.
Haiwaan has managed to become one of the most awaited Hindi thrillers of the year, owing to the unique villain role played by Akshay Kumar, the difficult character portrayed by Saif Ali Khan, and the direction of Priyadarshan.
