Sanjay Leela Bhansali has finally unveiled Ranbir Kapoor’s first look from Love & War, giving fans their first official glimpse of the actor from one of Bollywood’s most awaited films. The striking poster presents Ranbir in an intense, rugged avatar, with the bruised and bloodied look immediately drawing attention. Starring alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, the period drama is scheduled to release worldwide on January 21, 2027.
Ranbir Kapoor’s Bloodied Look Grabs Attention
The first-look poster shows Ranbir Kapoor behind the wheel of a vintage car, dressed in a light-coloured T-shirt and sunglasses with a short hairstyle. His otherwise understated appearance takes a dramatic turn because of his visibly injured and bloodied hand.
The makers shared the poster with the caption, “Woh rutba, woh raub, woh junoon!” The visual has already created curiosity about Ranbir’s character and the kind of world Bhansali is building for the film.
Love & War Brings Ranbir, Alia And Vicky Together
Love & War marks the first time Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal will appear together in a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film. The project also reunites Bhansali with Ranbir nearly two decades after Saawariya, which marked the actor’s debut.
Bhansali previously worked with Alia on Gangubai Kathiawadi, while Ranbir and Vicky have shared screen space in Sanju. Alia and Vicky previously appeared together in Raazi.
