Actor Kichcha Sudeep is ready to embark on a fresh phase of his acting career through the ambitious historical movie Devaraaya, where the actor will play the role of the famous Vijayanagara king Sri Krishna Devaraya. The film was unveiled officially on September 2, during the actor's birthday, with the directors releasing a special title release video with the actor sporting regal looks.
It is indeed a significant step for actor Sudeep, who earlier talked about how hesitant he felt while taking up the challenge of playing the role of an actual historical character.
Kichcha Sudeep Takes On The Role Of Sri Krishna Devaraya
Sudeep will enact the role of Sri Krishna Devaraya in the movie Devaraaya who happens to be one of the greatest emperors in the history of the Vijayanagara Empire. In the first look of the actor as the emperor, he appears in a very rich traditional dress along with a crown adorned with pearls.
Contrary to unveiling some action scenes and dialogues, the release of the title only brings into focus the presence of Sudeep as the emperor. It is through the body language and expressions that Sudeep manages to convey the authority of the character.
