The quirky world of Udta Teer has now entered its musical phase with the release of Bhootni Ka, the film’s first song. Composed by Sachin-Jigar, written by Amitabh Bhattacharya and sung by Kaka, Twinkle Agrrwal and Bhattacharya, the track brings the film’s unpredictable humour and chaotic energy into its music. Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan and several members of the ensemble cast feature in the lively musical sequence.
The song arrives shortly after the film’s trailer, which introduced audiences to a spy-comedy world filled with mistaken identities, unusual situations and fast-moving chaos. Udta Teer is directed by Aakash Kaushik and is scheduled to reach cinemas on October 9, 2026.

Bhootni Ka is built around fast-paced lyrics, playful beats and constantly changing rhythms. The song brings together Ayushmann Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, Rahul Bose, Mukul Dev, Gulshan Grover and Ram Kapoor in one energetic sequence.
Rather than following a conventional musical structure, the track keeps shifting its pace and arrangement. That approach fits the unpredictable world that Udta Teer has established through its promotional material. Sachin-Jigar explained that the lyrics were deliberately written in a way that keeps listeners guessing about what comes next, making it challenging to keep the composition catchy while maintaining the sense of confusion.

The collaboration between Sachin-Jigar and Amitabh Bhattacharya forms the musical core of Bhootni Ka. According to the composers, the constantly changing nature of the lyrics influenced their approach to the arrangement, with different sounds and rhythms used to make the song feel as though it could take another turn at any moment.
The vocal lineup adds another layer to the track. Kaka and Twinkle Agrrwal join Amitabh Bhattacharya on vocals, with Agrrwal describing the recording as challenging because so much is happening in the lyrics while the energy has to remain consistent.

Kaka Says The Song Made Him Curious About The Story
Kaka's experience recording Bhootni Ka appears to have been almost as unpredictable as the song itself. The singer said the unusual lyrics and energetic sound made him curious about what was actually happening in the film.
Even after recording the song and watching the teaser, Kaka said his curiosity about the larger story remained. His reaction underlines how deliberately the track keeps some of its context mysterious, allowing the music to reflect the strange situations at the centre of Udta Teer.

Bhootni Ka gives audiences the first full musical glimpse of Udta Teer ahead of its theatrical release. The film stars Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, with Raghubir Yadav, Brijendra Kala, Suhail Nayyar, Supriya Pilgaonkar and others also part of the ensemble.
