Actor Prakash Raj joined climate activist and education reform advocate Sonam Wangchuk along with CJP (Cockroach Janata Party) founder Abhijeet Dipke at a protest held in Bengaluru against the alleged NEET paper leak and CBSE’s on-screen marking system.

Protest Expands From Delhi to Bengaluru

The demonstration took place at Freedom Park despite heavy rainfall and was part of a nationwide campaign launched by CJP demanding accountability in examination-related irregularities. The movement had earlier begun at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on June 20 and is now spreading to multiple cities across the country.

Prakash Raj Slams Attempts to Silence Activists

Addressing the gathering, Prakash Raj strongly criticized attempts to silence activists and protesters by labeling them as “anti-national” or “Pakistani.” He said that raising concerns over public issues should not be treated as an act against the country.

“You can call us traitors or Pakistanis to intimidate us, but we are not going to be afraid,” Raj told the crowd.

He also urged students and young citizens to take charge of their future and questioned elected leaders over their handling of education-related concerns.

Youth Will Fight for Their Future, Says Raj

The actor further stated that political leaders should focus on fulfilling their responsibilities instead of diverting attention from pressing issues affecting students.

According to him, the youth of the country have now decided to fight for their own rights and future.

CJP Demands Resignation of Education Minister

Earlier, while speaking in Lucknow, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke said that protests would continue until Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns over the alleged examination irregularities.

He also appealed to students from across India to participate peacefully in the movement at Jantar Mantar.

What Is CJP?

CJP, short for Cockroach Janata Party, is a satirical political movement and online collective founded in May 2026 by political strategist Abhijeet Dipke.

The group emerged after controversy surrounding remarks reportedly made by Chief Justice of India Suryakant, in which unemployed youth and activists were compared to “cockroaches.”

Since then, the organization has evolved into a youth-driven campaign focusing on unemployment, examination controversies, and accountability in public institutions.
