According to reports, Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon along with her mother Geeta Sanon and her sister Nupur Sanon has recently disposed off their four residential properties in the Andheri West region of Mumbai for an aggregate consideration of ₹8.9 crore. This is one of the largest property deals involving celebrities, primarily owing to the substantial increase in the valuation of their properties over the years.

As per the data gathered from Square Yards, the four flats have been bought by producer and casting director Mukesh Chhabra. It should be noted that the sale deeds related to these properties had been recorded on April 24, 2026.

Sanon Family Nearly Doubles Their Original Investment

It is claimed that the Sanons had purchased these flats sometime between 2013 and 2017 for around ₹4.31 crore. In a period of almost ten years, the value of these properties has appreciated considerably, thus enabling the family to earn good returns from the deal.

Through the latest sale for ₹8.9 crore, the value of these properties has increased by more than twice as compared to their purchase price. Moreover, it also shows that there is considerable demand for exclusive residential properties in the area of Andheri West, which is a highly favored neighborhood in Mumbai among people from Bollywood.
