K.P.A.C. Leela is a veteran Indian actress whose career spans theatre, cinema, and modern streaming platforms. Raised by communist parents in Pampakuda, she trained at Kerala Kalamandalam before spending 15 years as a premier lead heroine for the legendary Kerala People's Arts Club (KPAC). After a decades-long hiatus to focus on family, she staged a powerful comeback in Adoor Gopalakrishnan's Oru Pennum Randaanum (2008). Celebrated for her realistic, emotionally intense performances, she won a Kerala State Film Award Special Mention for Roudram 2018. She remains highly active, recently headlining the folk-horror series Muthassi on ZEE5.
