J-Hope, born Jung Ho-seok on February 18, 1994, is a South Korean rapper, singer, songwriter, dancer, and record producer. He debuted as a member of the globally renowned K-pop group BTS in 2013 under BIGHIT MUSIC. Before debuting, he was an accomplished street dancer and won several dance competitions in his hometown of Gwangju.
