The makers of Udta Teer have released Trailer 2.0, offering another glimpse into the film's chaotic world of comedy, unusual situations and unexpected twists. Starring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, the upcoming entertainer promises a mix of quirky characters and laugh-out-loud moments.
Following the response to its first trailer, the new promotional video puts even more emphasis on humour, with one particular scene featuring Ayushmann and Mukul Dev grabbing attention for its Bollywood-style presentation.
Udta Teer Trailer 2.0 Brings Bigger Comedy and Unexpected Twists
The second trailer of Udta Teer builds on the humour introduced in the film's first promotional video. Rather than revealing too much about the storyline, the trailer focuses on unusual situations, amusing exchanges and characters caught in increasingly ridiculous circumstances. Ayushmann Khurrana leads the madness, with Sara Ali Khan adding to the film's energetic atmosphere.
The new footage suggests that the makers are leaning heavily into situational comedy, allowing awkward encounters and unexpected developments to drive the entertainment. With its exaggerated reactions and playful tone, the trailer aims to give audiences another reason to look forward to the film.
Ayushmann Khurrana and Mukul Dev's Suraj Hua Maddham Moment
One of the trailer's most amusing moments features Ayushmann Khurrana and Mukul Dev walking towards each other. What makes the scene particularly funny is the background music. The romantic Bollywood track Suraj Hua Maddham plays as the two actors approach one another, creating a deliberately dramatic atmosphere.
The contrast between the romantic song and the comic situation gives the sequence its humour. The music is famously associated with Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol's romantic moments in Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. By using such a recognisable melody in an unexpected setting, the trailer turns a familiar Bollywood romantic trope into a comedy moment.

Sara Ali Khan Joins Ayushmann in Akash A Kaushik's Comedy
Udta Teer brings Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan together in a comedy entertainer written and directed by Akash A Kaushik. Ayushmann has previously explored comedy through films such as Dream Girl, Bala and Badhaai Ho, often playing characters caught in unusual circumstances.
Sara, meanwhile, has appeared in films including Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and Atrangi Re. Their pairing adds another interesting element to the project, particularly with the film's focus on humour and unpredictable situations. Mukul Dev's appearance in the trailer also contributes to its comic appeal.
Udta Teer Trailer 2.0 Builds Interest in the Upcoming Film
The release of Trailer 2.0 gives Udta Teer another promotional push following its first trailer. The latest footage highlights the film's comedy, cast interactions and exaggerated Bollywood references without disclosing the complete storyline.
The Ayushmann-Mukul Dev sequence stands out as one of its memorable moments, while Sara Ali Khan's presence adds to the ensemble's appeal. The information accompanying the trailer does not specify a theatrical release date or streaming platform. For now, the makers are keeping the focus on the film's humour, with the second trailer offering a fresh look at its unusual comic world.
