The romantic song Chann from the upcoming film Udta Teer has officially been released on October 19, 2026. Featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan, the track introduces a softer side of the film's otherwise energetic world. Sung by Arijit Singh, composed by Sachin-Jigar and written by Amitabh Bhattacharya, the melody focuses on love and emotional connection. With Udta Teer scheduled to arrive in cinemas on October 23, the makers have unveiled the song as part of their final promotional campaign.
Chann Song Features Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan
The music video of Chann brings Ayushmann Khurrana and Sara Ali Khan together in a series of romantic moments. The visuals feature picturesque locations, affectionate exchanges and a relaxed atmosphere that contrasts with the film's comedy-driven storyline.
Ayushmann is also seen playing the guitar, adding another charming element to the presentation. The song highlights the relationship between the lead characters without revealing major details about their journey. For audiences who have primarily seen the film's humorous promotional material, Chann offers a different glimpse into its story.
Arijit Singh's Voice Adds Emotion to Chann
Arijit Singh lends his voice to Chann, bringing his familiar romantic singing style to the composition. The music has been created by Sachin-Jigar, while Amitabh Bhattacharya has written the lyrics. The combination of Arijit's vocals and the melodic arrangement gives the track a gentle, emotional quality.
Rather than relying on energetic beats, the song focuses on expressing affection through its melody and words. Its release also adds another romantic number to the film's soundtrack, which includes songs with considerably different moods.

The makers have already introduced several tracks from Udta Teer, including its title song, Choozay and Bhootni Ka. While those numbers explore playful and energetic musical styles, Chann focuses on romance. The soundtrack has been composed by Sachin-Jigar, with lyrics by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
Ayushmann previously highlighted the album's variety, explaining that its songs represent different emotions within the film. Sara Ali Khan also spoke about the soundtrack's mixture of fun, romance and other moods. With Chann, audiences get another example of that musical range.
