The main strength of Indian Institute Of Zombies is the very interesting idea behind it. A zombie apocalypse breaking out on a campus of an Indian engineering college is simply fascinating from the first moment.
The director skillfully incorporates campus dynamics such as rankings, academic competition, and rivalry into the story line. Certain parts related to student life and privileges impress the most.
The screenplay, however, is unable to strike a balance among horror, comedy, and satire throughout. This movie moves from genre to genre without completely embracing any one at all times.
